Assad Car Detailing is a small business started by a 16 year old aspiring mechanic and he’s older brothers. They are a mobile car wash business which main competitive advantage was that they offer great customer service as well as the trust customers required when getting their car cleaned.

As the small business started to grow so did the customer inquires through their Facebook messenger page. And with so many different price points depending on the car and service the customer was after, it was a nightmare to sort through all of the customer inquires who had very vague descriptions of what exactly they wanted and didn’t know the full scope of services offered by Assad Car Detailing.
This lost the business a lot of time organizing through customers and messaging the page with very vague descriptions of what they wanted and continually asking about the services Assad Car Detailing offered. This lost the business a lot of money as well as they weren’t able to get back to customers in a timely manner, and weren’t able to up-sell the customer on other services they provided.
An innovative digital assistant.
PlayChat was able to build an innovative quote & booking system which took customers through a flow which got them to choose the services they wanted depending on their initial needs. It would display the price for all the different services offered for the range of different size vehicles. This would get customers who automatically messaged the Facebook page to simply have a conversation with the chatbot which would display all the options for the customer as well as gather all the necessary information such as contact number and address. It would then display that information in a message straight to the Assad Car Detailing team who could focus on doing the job. Leaving the conversation to be handled by the artificially intelligent user-friendly chatbot.
